Ricky Zhao

Ricky (Biru) Zhao is a seasoned investment banking professional who has played a pivotal role in a series of successful end-to-end M&A and financing transactions in the SaaS and tech-enabled services spaces. Prior to his investment banking career, he worked at one of the largest public accounting firms, advising on complex technical accounting matters for multinational public companies. During his leisure time, Ricky enjoys country music and street photography. He is also a lifelong fan of the San Antonio Spurs.
