Oi! I’m Destiny S. Harris, Founder of Blacklisted Library. Lifelong learner. Animal lover. Radically curious. Explorer @ heart. Writing: It found me early — my first book came at 11. Since then, I’ve released over nearly 1,800 books, 28 of which can be read for free @ blacklistedlibrary.com. In addition, I’ve traveled to 60+ countries and acquired six degrees in philosophy, psychology, political science, women’s studies, political psychology, and organizational leadership. Along the way, I discovered that words, knowledge, books, and experience fuel everything I do. Fitness: The first weight was in my hands as a baby, lifting began at 11, and the gym officially became home at 14. Fitness continues to shape every part of my life. Finance: Investing started at 14 and grew into a lifelong practice of studying markets, building portfolios, and dismantling illusions about wealth. As a result, finance became the fire that drives much of my work today. Music: My parents signed me up for piano lessons and then later encouraged me to start teaching music at 14; I went on to teach for 10 years. I dabbled a little into guitar as well. I’ve never been an expert, but I’ve always had an ear for sound. Tech: My path began at Apple and expanded into product, program, and organizational leadership, where I’ve been building, scaling, and leading since 2013. Tech does more than provide a career—it fuels my growth in wealth, mindset, and leadership.
